A Confession

of me as a person who takes pictures.

1. I feel very embarrassing when I meet a photographer
(either a real or fake one)

2. I enjoy taking pictures in dark night more than day light.
And I dont use tripod.

3. I need light, color, line and shape to make a good shot,
without planning.

4. I guess I am super sensitive to light and color.

5. I cannot describe beauty well, but I know it when I see it.

6. I switched from Canon to Nikon D40 recently. Love its 6 MP.

7. I hope one day someone can dialogue with me using photos.

8. I indulge myself into visual metaphors a lot.

9. I usually capture sadness, solitude, ..... etc etc with my camera.

10. The best camera to me is my brain.

11. I sometimes feel trembling when I take some shots.

12. I dont know many functions of my camera. Once I did not know how to change the shutter speed and also aperture in a setting with my Canon.

13. If I can relive my life again, I want to be a fashion photographer, of course, with my
own style. But I think I will get OD with beauty and desensitized very quick, maybe within
the first month? And I am just too personal and subjective to be a photo journalist.

14. I once took a photograph which I thought I could submit it to NG.

15. I enjoy much about taking pictures. But no PS, I only use picasa, too lazy.

16. I am obsessed with taking pictures of trees!!!
